Granny Flats
Self-contained ancillary dwellings up to 70m², built to WA R-Code requirements. Suited to rental, accommodation for ageing parents, or a self-contained space for adult kids. We handle design, permits, construction and utility connections, and we know the requirements that apply in the City of Bunbury and surrounding councils.
